About the role

  • Call Center Agent responsible for managing customer support and inquiries at ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar. Engaging customers through calls and chat while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Respond to high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails
  • Use call center software and CRM systems to document interactions
  • Maintain accurate call logs and case notes
  • De-escalate situations with irate customers
  • Engage with customers to build relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center role
  • Excellent phone handling skills
  • Strong listening abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Strong customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory.
