Responsibilities
Managing and expanding existing client accounts in the Amazon and online pharmacy sectors
Project management across the entire Retail Media strategy: from briefing and implementation to reporting on key KPIs
Acting as the main point of contact between internal specialist teams (Advertising, Content, Operations, Tech/BI) and our clients
Developing growth strategies, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Responsible for timelines, budgets and client communication
Participation in industry events, strategy meetings and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
2–5 years of professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce or OTC/FMCG
Structured project management skills with a good understanding of digital business models and performance marketing
Experience in brand management, online advertising or account handling
Analytical thinking, strong self-discipline and a pronounced sense of responsibility
Excellent German skills (native-level or C2) and good English skills
Strong communication skills and a confident presence in client meetings
Good time management and a structured way of working
Proficient with common office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
Nice to have: experience with Amazon Advertising, media buying or Retail Media for online pharmacies
