About the role

  • Gerente de Contas Pleno responsável por conduzir vendas B2B na Lexos. Focando em e-commerce e marketplaces, liderando negociações e soluções personalizadas.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate with companies to understand how our product can fit each organization’s reality, using inbound and outbound strategies;
  • Conduct meetings scheduled by the SDR team to deepen the diagnosis and convert opportunities into customers;
  • Perform active prospecting, identifying profiles of potential clients;
  • Present solution proposals and negotiate to positively influence purchasing decisions;
  • Plan and monitor sales performance through the CRM, and collect feedback for individual and team growth;

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales at technology companies;
  • Proven background in e-commerce and marketplaces;
  • Hands-on knowledge of sales methodologies, with a structured and effective approach;
  • Proactivity, discipline, and planning ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with consultative selling, aiming to understand how solutions fit the client’s context;
  • Strong skills in organizing calendar and pipeline to ensure productivity and excellence;
  • Ease in negotiation and clear communication with different client profiles;
