Responsibilities
You plan and design the product assortment and support purchasing operations
You will learn to evaluate, select and purposefully use appropriate online sales channels and online communication channels
You support the IT, Marketing and Content Management teams in the continuous development and improvement of the online shop and the customer journey
You analyze online user behavior and process flows, apply testing methods, select payment systems and evaluate them
You prepare and execute online marketing measures
You gain know-how in using KPI-based commercial management tools and conducting customer value analyses, for example by determining assortment metrics, evaluating statistics and performing KPI analyses for complaints
During your training you will get to know various departments involved in the online sale of our products
Requirements
Vocational business school diploma or business baccalaureate (Wirtschaftsabitur)
Generally good grades
Strong affinity for online/digital topics
Especially error-free German, spoken and written
