Responsibilities
Support the eRetail Manager in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Create product pages, landing pages and brand shops
Analyze and optimize product content on e‑retailer sites
Further develop the company’s presence on the Amazon marketplace
Assist the E‑commerce team with daily operations
Develop onsite concepts to support campaigns
Manage product and content pages
Plan A/B tests and personalization initiatives
Support the E‑commerce Analyst with marketing campaign follow‑up
Evaluate and analyze marketing campaigns
Define and monitor KPIs
Create and enhance reporting
Benchmark: exchange and compare with other Nespresso markets (US, Europe, Asia)
Stay up to date with web, technology and digital innovation trends, especially in E‑commerce
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Media and Communication Studies, Business Administration (focus on Marketing), Psychology, Journalism or another related field
Availability to support the team full‑time for 6 months
Initial practical experience in E‑commerce, preferably through internships, workshops or part‑time roles
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Passion for marketing and working digitally, especially in E‑commerce
Initial experience with marketplaces and SEO
Knowledge of current digital trends
Creativity, flexibility and strong communication skills
Team player with a solution‑oriented, independent and organized working style
Good English skills and confident MS Office proficiency
