About the role

• Project Manager overseeing end-to-end management of TYPO3 projects at e-pixler GmbH in Berlin. Collaborating with clients and leading interdisciplinary teams to exceed project goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end: You are the driving force behind our demanding TYPO3 projects. From the initial idea through concept and implementation to a successful go-live, you keep all threads in hand.
• Delight and advise clients: As the central point of contact for our well-known clients (e.g., DRK, VBB, Berliner Bäder-Betriebe), you ensure smooth communication and build long-term partnerships.
• Translate between worlds: You speak both “client” and “developer” fluently and make sure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Lead teams to success: You lead interdisciplinary teams from UX design, development and system administration and motivate them to deliver top performance.
• Keep goals in sight: You are responsible for project budgets, timelines and quality, making sure we not only meet but exceed our goals.

Requirements

• Agency experience: You have several years of professional experience managing digital projects and are familiar with the fast-paced agency environment.
• Project management DNA: You are a true organizational talent. Complex tasks, unexpected challenges and tight deadlines don’t throw you off — you always have a plan B (and C) ready.
• Technical understanding: You have experience with common CMS platforms (TYPO3 is a plus, not a must) and terms like SEO, UX, HTML/CSS and agile methods are familiar to you.
• Strong communication: You communicate clearly, proactively and on equal terms — both within the team and with clients.
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team, share your knowledge and like to celebrate successes together.
