Responsibilities
Support the team in operational personnel management (e.g., implementing individual personnel measures)
Assist in the recruitment process, particularly by preparing and sending contract documents and supporting the onboarding of new employees
Reliably and independently carry out administrative tasks (e.g., preparing references and certificates)
Support payroll-related processes as an interface between the local HR team and payroll
Support HR Business Partners with ad-hoc requests and projects
Contribute to the improvement of our internal processes
Requirements
You are enrolled full-time in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar field with a focus on Human Resources
Some practical experience in HR and with SAP-HR is an advantage
Confident user of common MS Office applications
You demonstrate an independent, structured, proactive working style and strong teamwork skills
You are confident in verbal and written communication with employees and managers
Native-level German and very good English skills complete your profile
