- Zertifizierung im Umfeld ISTQB/ITIL/IREB idealerweise
- Beherrschung gängiger Programmiersprachen und IT-Tools
- Sicher in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
- Wahrnehmung belastender Situationen und Unterstützung anbieten
