Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the integration of flexible assets into E.ON’s short-term trading portfolio
- Ensure front-to-end business readiness in the system and process landscape by managing implementation projects
- Act as business owner for trading systems and define business requirements
- Design and coordinate short-term market access solutions and services with partners
- Enhance operational and technical capabilities for short-term trading
- Ensure data quality for accurate P&L and performance monitoring
Requirements
- University degree in energy economics, information systems, engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience with trading systems and operational processes in a trading environment
- Experience establishing business processes and coordinating IT development projects
- Professional experience in energy trading with an excellent understanding of the German Day-Ahead, Intraday, and ancillary services markets
- Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset for trading processes and capabilities
- Analytical and commercial attitude
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and spoken English; good command of German is a plus
