Responsibilities
Support in customer service and customer communication
Support in receiving, preparing and responding to network-related (grid-related) customer inquiries
Support in document and contract management, including ensuring IT-technical documentation
Participation in reporting
Taking on special tasks within the work environment in coordination with department management
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training
Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
Ideally, some experience in the energy industry
Proficient in common MS Office tools
Customer-oriented mindset
Assertiveness, ability to work independently, strong communication skills and team orientation
