About the role

  • Providing personal support for customer service and communication in the energy sector. Collaborating on customer inquiries and documentation tasks within a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Support in customer service and customer communication
  • Support in receiving, preparing and responding to network-related (grid-related) customer inquiries
  • Support in document and contract management, including ensuring IT-technical documentation
  • Participation in reporting
  • Taking on special tasks within the work environment in coordination with department management

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
  • Ideally, some experience in the energy industry
  • Proficient in common MS Office tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Assertiveness, ability to work independently, strong communication skills and team orientation
