Responsibilities
First point of contact for feed-in operators and large-scale battery storage systems in the high-voltage grid.
Coordination of the handling of all customer inquiries.
Support and coordination of new grid connections.
Conducting project meetings and coordination discussions with customers.
Independent organization and technical guidance of colleagues.
Representing the company as a partner for climate protection.
Requirements
University degree in Electrical Engineering, (Industrial) Engineering or comparable qualifications and experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of grid and energy market structures in Germany and the relevant regulations.
Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
