Responsibilities
Oversee activities related to data administration, payroll, archiving, HR Online/HR Direct, travel expense management, HR IT, and database management
Execute strategic measures and monitor projects to standardize and optimize HR processes
Verify and centralize SAP data, coordinate salary calculations, leave, benefits, deductions, and timely submission of tax declarations
Enforce procedures, document and monitor internal controls, maintain relationships with state institutions, and support audits
Disseminate company policies, coordinate HR platform updates and communications, manage client requests, and liaise with management
Evaluate team performance, prepare meetings, manage and monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements
Requirements
Completed university studies, ideally in the economic field
Specialization courses in human resources; knowledge of labor legislation
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
3 years of coordination experience
HR systems knowledge (SAP HR or similar, ReviSal)
