Responsibilities
Act as an expert on HR IT systems and serve as project manager for complex HR IT systems projects
Provide support and training for all users of HR IT systems (SAP-HR)
Oversee the proper functioning of HR IT systems for payroll calculation
Act as the main interface with developers for new functionalities
Conduct needs analysis and implement necessary solutions
Maintain and update the organizational structure in SAP OM
Conduct data analysis and develop programs for personnel statistics
Integrate HR IT tools to support HR activities and process automation
Requirements
Completed university studies, ideally in the IT field
Experience in IT & programming
Experience in HR is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
IT skills: PowerBI and PowerApps
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
SAP-HR and/or other ERP HR proficiency
