Responsibilities
Support E.ON’s decision-making for Digital Technology (DT) investments in digital solutions across all segments, including launching, adapting, and embedding new ways of working
Create qualitative transparency across segment-specific DT portfolios and provide a comprehensive view of how projects contribute to E.ON’s DT strategy and the value they deliver
Implement and continuously optimize agile portfolio planning across DT to drive our agile transformation and establish a product-centric organization
Define investment strategies and ensure that digital transformation investments are properly aligned with segment DT priorities, while being appropriately sized and scoped
Monitor, analyze, and manage the overarching risk landscape arising from the DT project portfolio
Requirements
Passion for technology and digitization combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly in complex environments
Ability to navigate ambiguity and perform financial analyses
Relevant university degree
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent in German and English, with international experience and strong intercultural skills
