About the role

  • Account Manager managing B2B accounts for DYG, a user acquisition solutions provider in Tel-Aviv. Developing relationships with key accounts and optimizing user acquisition performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and often being the face of the company to all clients in all business and operational matters.
  • Continually monitor and analyze user acquisition data attributed to different sources; learn and employ critical insights for ongoing performance improvement and to maximize ROI through scale and process optimization.
  • Daily campaign performance analytics and optimization.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your monthly KPIs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing international B2B clients - A must.
  • Experience from digital agencies, ad-tech and online companies - A bit plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • “Hunter” personality - you will constantly look for new opportunities to grow your business and accounts by being actively engaged with your customers.
  • Positive customer success understanding and ability to maintain long term business relationships with international clients.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
