About the role

  • Director of Sales at DXC Technology driving growth in enterprise consulting and engineering services. Leading complex sales engagements in financial services and communications industries while maintaining key executive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Own the Pipeline
  • Generate, qualify, and mature CES opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from origination to close
  • Establish relationships with key executive stakeholders
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in Salesforce CRM
  • Develop strategic territory growth plans with DXC account teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise IT services sales
  • FSI and/or CIS vertical expertise
  • $25M+ annual quota in complex sales environments
  • $10M–$50M+ deal closing ability
  • Strong command of enterprise sales cycle
  • Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CISO, and Board-level audiences
  • Familiarity with DXC’s CES portfolio
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management
