Responsibilities
Conduct consultative negotiations with companies, understanding needs and proposing appropriate solutions
Hold commercial meetings focused on progressing and closing deals
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring organization and predictability
Execute strategic follow-ups, respecting commercial cadence and timing
Record and track all interactions in the CRM
Finalize negotiations ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial terms
Support initial onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for the client
Monitor indicators and work on continuous improvement of results
Requirements
Proven experience as a **Closer** or **B2B Sales Executive**
Practical experience selling **health plans** (individual, corporate/employer, or group membership plans)
Strongly results- and closing-oriented profile
High negotiation ability and objection-handling skills
Clear, confident and persuasive communication
Organization and discipline in pipeline management
Proactivity and ownership mindset
Resilience and consistency under targets
Experience selling **health plans or corporate benefits**
Basic knowledge of carriers, coverages, waiting periods and commercial rules
Experience with B2B sales (Closer / Sales Executive)
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
Consultative sales techniques and negotiation skills
Funnel management and commercial KPI tracking
