About the role

Responsibilities
- Process cash and stock capital repayments in daily operations
- Prepare client communications and statements
- Reconcile cash and securities postings
- Handle exceptional and complex cases
- Coordinate technically with custodians, settlement agents and issuers
- Provide subject-matter advice as a point of contact
- Support (agile) implementation projects and system testing
- Participate in special tasks such as client migrations or regulatory changes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with a background in finance
- Solid knowledge of securities processing and initial practical experience in testing systems and processes
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and knowledge of the firm’s system family (WP2/WP3) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of tax law is desirable
- Experience in conceptual project work is an advantage
- Knowledge of agile project methodologies is an advantage
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2)
