- Overall management of facility management (FM) service providers, covering both technical and commercial aspects

- Serve as a point of contact for colleagues on FM-related topics
- Manage interfaces between internal and external partners
- Reporting and budget responsibility for the entire FM area
- Support procurement processes and contract negotiations
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency in provider management
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in facility management, civil engineering, real estate, industrial engineering or a related field
- Proven professional experience in managing service providers, facility management or building operations in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with access control, redundancy/resilience or workplace design
- Experience in contract and SLA management
- Fluent German (C1)
- Analytical and business-minded thinking
