Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in facility management, civil engineering, real estate, industrial engineering or a related field
- Proven professional experience in managing service providers, facility management or building operations in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with access control, redundancy/resilience or workplace design
- Experience in contract and SLA management
- Fluent German (C1)
