About the role
- Business Consultant specializing in securities processing to develop IT solutions for securities revenues. Collaborating in a team to implement modern service architectures and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop business specifications: Create complex cross-functional specifications related to custody services, ranging from functional concepts to user stories for the backlog
- Implement topics end-to-end: Independently drive topics from analysis through testing to production adoption
- Define test strategy: Determine the required test scope and coordinate test data with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate inquiries: Structure individual customer requests and provide support for clarification and troubleshooting
- Take responsibility for cross-cutting topics: Address special assignments and ensure sustainable, viable solutions
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in business consulting and test management
- Experience in securities processing, ideally in the area of securities revenues
- Comfortable working in both traditional and modern IT environments, with preferred exposure to host systems and distributed technologies
- Initial experience with agile ways of working and methods is an advantage
- Motivation to further develop in this field and to contribute in an agile SCRUM team in the future
- Fluent German (C1) and working English (B1)
- Strong analytical thinking combined with genuine team orientation
- Deliver high-quality results while making pragmatic decisions
