About the role
- Consultant E-Rechnung facilitating digital transformation for clients in the financial sector. Active involvement in e-invoicing solutions and process optimization with a focus on client collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Gemeinsam im Team berätst du unsere Kunden und begleitest sie bei ihrer digitalen Transformation – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, insbesondere im Umfeld der E-Rechnung und digitaler Prozesse.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und der Umsetzung von E-Rechnungsprojekten.
- Das umfasst die fachliche und rechtliche Dimension sowie Prozesse, Organisation, Change und Technik.
- Du bereitest Kundentermine und Workshops vor, nach und nimmst aktiv daran teil – etwa zur Prozessaufnahme, Systemauswahl oder Schulung der Fachbereiche.
- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse im Rechnungswesen und Beschaffungsumfeld, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und arbeitest die Ergebnisse strukturiert auf.
- Du baust dir Fachwissen in Themenfeldern rund um die Financial Supply Chain und der Weiterentwicklung der Themen, wie etwa E-Rechnung, auf.
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Eins bis zwei Jahre Projekterfahrung (z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten) im Bereich Beratung oder Rechnungswesen.
- Analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust darauf, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen.
- Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und die Arbeit an Schnittstellen zwischen Technik und Organisation.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
