About the role
- Application Manager responsible for technical support and strategic development of SaaS applications at a leading securities services provider. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external providers.
Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for specific applications (third‑party systems / SaaS) at dwpbank
- Coordination of external providers regarding the implementation of changes
- Support for the rollout and introduction of new applications
- Review of existing applications to identify optimization needs
- Execution of root cause and error analyses and implementation of fixes
- Interface management between the business side and IT
- Preparation and maintenance of project and system documentation
Requirements
- Experience in application support and application development across different platforms
- Sufficient database know‑how (e.g., Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL…)
- Knowledge of data modeling and interface design
- Advantage: prior experience in the banking environment
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
