- You take on the structured alignment and timely coordination of all internal and external stakeholders involved in event preparation

- You help optimize our processes to ensure our events are planned and executed even more efficiently
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a university degree
- You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in project management or a comparable field
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- You remain calm in stressful situations and demonstrate flexibility and the ability to improvise under time pressure
- You have excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to work outside regular working hours and on weekends
