Responsibilities
Guide client objectives and timelines from conception through delivery
Dive deep to learn the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.
Collaborate, contribute, strategize, and support client solutions that deliver “And Then Some”
Develop, nurture, and grow strong client relationships, assessing client needs and proposing appropriate marketing services
Manage multiple, simultaneous projects working with cross-functional team members that include internal and external resources
Negotiate changes, navigate challenges, and lead solutions
Share updates and results often
Come prepared and confidently contribute to powerful client presentations to provide insights and solutions
Be an active listener and guide client meetings (in person, by phone or video conference) and ensure follow up on all discussions internally and externally
Serve as a constant resource to the team and our clients
Requirements
4-6 years of client relationship management experience within a marketing/advertising agency setting
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communications
Experience with CPG, B2B, and/or B2C industries preferred
Solid understanding of digital marketing and the implications that technology has on developing strategies and execution
Strong email CRM experience a must
Strong ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficiently
