About the role

  • Account Manager at Dulcedo managing client relationships and brand strategies. Focused on enhancing talents' presence in the Quebec market.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute negotiated partnerships for our talents from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met.
  • Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver comprehensive end-of-partnership reports outlining successes, challenges, and key insights to guide future strategies.
  • Develop content strategies and concepts using social analytics and trends to maintain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with talents and Dulcedo staff during and after partnerships to ensure each talent maintains a consistent and impactful social media presence.
  • Actively contribute to the talent agency experience by taking part in onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities.
  • Support day-to-day talent management by providing scheduling assistance to help organize activities and ensure their success.
  • Develop content strategies and concept ideas, relying on social analytics and trends to maintain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.
  • Manage incoming PR requests, handle interview requests, respond to product/sample submissions, and process event invitations.
  • Contribute to outbound strategies, including talent acquisition, pitching interviews, sending PR packages, responding to event invites, and outreach to new brands.
  • Attend on-site production days and talent events, providing on-the-ground support to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Use appropriate tools and information channels to stay up to date on industry trends, serving as a valuable resource for the team.
  • Participate in our buddy program upon request, mentoring new Dulcedo employees and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Around 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or public relations, whether in-house, at an agency, or freelance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record in task management, attention to detail, meeting multiple deadlines, following processes, and effective multitasking.
  • Good understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
  • Demonstrated team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience in pitch processes with business development teams and clients is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of online communities in fashion, beauty, and entertainment.
  • Familiarity with Quebec creators and the Quebec social media landscape.
  • Experience managing influencer/talent partnerships and evaluating social media and industry performance metrics.
  • Strong mediation skills with experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation management.
  • Proven experience communicating directly with talents and corporate clients.
