About the role

  • Principal Marketing Specialist responsible for planning and monitoring marketing programs at DTE Electric Company. Ensuring alignment and integration of various initiatives while managing external relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, implements and monitors marketing programs, projects, and services
  • Ensures integration and alignment of programs, performance gaps, and budget analyses
  • Develops relationships with external contractors and negotiates contracts
  • Designs and implements marketing programs to support product/service positioning
  • Conducts analyses and prepares forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, program/project and/or energy management
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
