About the role
- Senior Sourcing Analyst responsible for S2P operations in LATAM at dsm-firmenich. Focusing on compliance, efficiency, and procurement excellence across regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a specialist in Sourcing-to-Pay (S2P) activities, supporting negotiations, purchasing decisions, and compliant procurement practices.
- Lead and supervise the end-to-end Purchase Order flow, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to Sourcing-to-Pay controls.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and supplier master data maintenance, serving as a key point of contact for complex cases.
- Provide first- and advanced-level support to business users on procurement processes, tools, and policies.
- Ensure consistent application of Sourcing-to-Pay governance, approvals, and controls across LATAM operations.
- Proactively identify operational issues and drive improvements to simplify processes and enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sourcing-to-Pay Operations or Procurement, including negotiations, Purchase Order flows, invoice processing, and supplier onboarding.
- High level of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to take initiative and follow topics through to completion.
- Hands-on knowledge of procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP, ARIBA and VIM).
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working.
- Collaborative, customer-focused approach, working effectively with stakeholders across functions and countries.
