- Shape how indirect procurement works across the business
- Build the framework, set the standards, and ensure the right processes are in place
- Lead sourcing activities and negotiations, securing agreements that balance commercial value and long-term partnerships
- Be the go-to partner for teams across Finance, TED, Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations
- Create transparency around spend, supplier performance, and savings
- Keep the CFO closely informed as the function matures
- Design and implement the indirect procurement framework and governance
- Partner with internal stakeholders and align with Nobia Group where relevant
- Build spend visibility and reports on savings, risks, and supplier performance
Requirements
- Experienced profile within indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
- Relevant academic background is preferred, but practical experience is equally valued
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and work with many stakeholders
- Experience across key categories is valuable, deeper knowledge in a couple is a plus
- Proven track record in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to see value beyond price
- Clear communicator who builds trust with operational teams and senior leadership
- Comfortable shaping new processes and bringing structure without unnecessary complexity
- Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into clear recommendations
- Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken
