Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation and consolidation of global consumer insights programs and plans in line with the FF category and clients’ needs.
Lead research initiatives to identify consumer trends, product preferences, and behaviors.
Be the consumer insights expert for discussions with internal stakeholders and clients and be the first point of contact for specific consumer insights questions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans that will drive business growth and innovation.
Monitor the consumer insight plans at a global level.
Monitor consumer insight Fine Fragrance budget.
Requirements
Master’s degree in business or consumer insights/market research.
Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field in client side or market research agency or fragrance house.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus but not required.
