Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
Minimum 15 years of marketing experience in the fine fragrance industry or beauty and luxury brands
Proven track record in sales and creative marketing in the fragrance/cosmetic luxury industry
Strong business acumen with good understanding of financial parameters
Proven track record establishing strong client relationships and creating value
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Strong analytical skills, problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
