Track performance and find new ways to grow visibility and sales.
Plan and roll out in-store activations, pop-ups, and events that get people talking.
Work with Sephora and retail teams to ensure the brand shines on-shelf and in experience.
Partner with media, influencers, and creators to tell authentic brand stories.
Manage seeding, media kits, and launch events that feel exciting and premium.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns roll out seamlessly across all touchpoints.
Requirements
More than 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or haircare industry.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.
Knowledge of market research and consumer trends.
Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving projects.
Passionate about beauty, haircare, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
Proficient with Digital Marketing Tools & Microsoft Office tools.
