About the role
- Analista de Comércio Exterior Sênior at DrogaVET managing import and export processes in Curitiba. Responsible for ensuring operational flows and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Full oversight of import and export processes, ensuring operational flow from order placement through customs clearance.
- Preparation and review of international documents; liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders and suppliers; monitoring of deadlines and logistics costs.
- Performing tariff classification (NCM), managing special customs regimes, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign exchange legislation, and providing support for audits.
- Updating reports and performance indicators.
- Supporting international negotiations and continuous improvement of department processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics (or related fields).
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish.
- Experience with imports and/or exports.
- Experience with customs clearance (customs brokerage) and international documentation.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Foreign Trade, International Logistics, Customs Management, or Supply Chain.
