Assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties
Networking with potential clients
Conducting property viewings and inspections
Preparing market analysis
Negotiating terms and conditions
Providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options
Requirements
Exceptional consulting and communication skills
Demonstrated sales achievements and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms
Real Estate and/or Property Management certification is a plus
Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous
Valid UAE driver's license preferred
