Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent
Gain a solid understanding of the company’s tech stack to better assess candidate fit and communicate effectively with hiring managers
Understand how the business works and what impact that has on the recruitment process
Build and maintain strong partnerships with the hiring managers in the company
Represent the company at job fairs, tech conferences, and recruitment events to attract potential candidates
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies including AI tools
Requirements
Around 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
Fluent in both English and Bulgarian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy in a variety of digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Canva for visual content creation, and ChatGPT for enhanced productivity and communication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
