Responsibilities

Track approvals with clients and influencers.
Provide support to the account/service team on operational follow-up.
Consolidate information and maintain organized status reports.
Anticipate delay risks and propose preventive solutions.
Requirements
Previous project management experience — preferably in an advertising agency, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday, Trello or similar).
Ability to create, track, and update schedules, checklists and operational workflows.
Experience working with campaigns involving influencers, creators, or social media.
Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and an understanding of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
Ability to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and present updates to clients.
Experience in delivery management, content approval control, and monitoring posts.
Basic understanding of budget, hours and scope to support the account and operations teams.
