About the role
- Legal counsel providing labor law advice to employees in a hybrid setting. Working at drawak, focusing on modern legal support for workers.
Responsibilities
- You advise employees on individual employment law — by phone, in writing and digitally
- You attend court hearings
- You draft legal pleadings and out-of-court correspondence
- You manage cases independently and serve as the primary contact for your clients
- You familiarize yourself with new case facts, work in a structured manner, and communicate clearly
- You contribute to the ongoing development of our processes
Requirements
- Initial professional experience (at least 6 months) in employment/labor law (advising employees and/or employers)
- Strong interest in labor law topics and current developments
- Excellent written and oral argumentation skills
- Attention to detail, personal responsibility, and high standards for your work
- Willingness to run cases independently — with focus on quality and practical applicability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in client interactions — clear, empathetic, and on equal terms
- Experience or interest in developing digital law-firm processes — together with lawyers, developers, and non-lawyers
- Confidence in digital work environments (e.g., cloud tools, automations, case management systems)
- Structured working style, good time management, and solution-oriented thinking
- Enthusiasm for shaping legal work, thinking ahead, and taking responsibility
