About the role

  • Sales Manager for DPT responsible for acquiring and managing clients while developing business strategies. Collaborate with the sales director and contribute to project success across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, retention and strategic development of our business customers
  • Primary sales contact for customers from the first point of contact through to contract conclusion
  • Collaboration and regular exchange with the Sales Director
  • Contribute ideas and expertise to headquarters’ projects and actively help shape the company’s future

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of experience in selling services within the DGUV (German Social Accident Insurance) environment or in the field of technical services
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and a personable, confident demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
