About the role
- Delivery Manager leading a squad to execute merchants' ambitions at DotCollective. Balancing strategic delivery and hands-on management to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead your squad operating as both their strategic delivery partner and internal squad leader.
- Work across projects and ongoing support for merchants, ensuring their goals are achieved.
- Be the face of delivery for these merchants, building trust, driving results, and executing both the roadmap and the squad to deliver sustained impact.
- Balance big-picture outcomes with hands-on squad management, ensuring every initiative runs efficiently, profitably, and with precision.
- Own the rollout of the merchant's annual roadmap and quarterly plans.
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Design teams to introduce service expansions.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise project management & account management within an agency environment.
- Deep understanding of Shopify and eCommerce delivery.
- Strong commercial and operational awareness, managing time, budget, and margin levers with confidence.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional squads or client portfolios.
- A balance of empathy and assertiveness, able to coach teams and guide clients toward the right outcomes.
