About the role

• Senior Product Designer at Street Group creating user-centered designs for PropTech solutions. Collaborating closely with PMs and Engineers to drive innovative design strategies in the real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your PM and Engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what we build next (proactive, not reactive).
• Jump on calls with users or visit them in-branch to understand pain points and test new workflows.
• Move from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity, polished prototypes in Figma.
• Facilitate workshops to synthesise research or ideate solutions.
• Leverage an AI-native, code-first workflow.

Requirements

• Experience: You have roughly 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience (SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus).
• Tooling: You are fluent in Figma and know how to use and maintain design systems.
• Research: You are comfortable conducting your own user research and usability testing.
• Communication: You can articulate *why* you made a design decision to an engineer or a stakeholder.
