Responsibilities

  • Design experiences centered on the top of the funnel, focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Translate Growth strategies into intuitive, innovative interfaces.
  • Work in a continuous experimentation environment, designing MVPs and A/B tests to rapidly validate hypotheses.
  • Generate proposals from behavioral insights that impact the tribe's OKRs.
  • Analyze usage data and conversion flows to identify friction and opportunities to improve the user journey.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Constantly iterate on the product based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback.
  • Document the design process and ensure high-quality deliverables for the IT team, ensuring faithful implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products, preferably with exposure to Growth or e-commerce teams.
  • Data-informed design mindset: ability to interpret metrics and translate them into design solutions.
  • Experience working with design tools (Figma required).
  • Ability to iterate at high velocity without losing sight of design system consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments and communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Research experience: use of quantitative and qualitative methods and tools.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: we are looking for someone who not only executes but also proposes experiments and avenues of exploration within the assigned squad.
