  • Head of Inside Sales leading high-volume operations for a rapidly scaling company in the consortium market. Focused on performance, efficiency, and revenue growth through strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an Inside Sales operation handling a high volume of leads and aggressive targets
  • Ensure the evolution of the commercial model by increasing conversion, productivity, and predictability
  • Work directly on converting volume into revenue, in partnership with Growth
  • Build and scale a high-performance team focused on commercial discipline and results
  • Manage internal operations and a network of external partners
  • Make fast, data-driven decisions with continuous course adjustments
  • Operate in consultative sales with short cycles and high-ticket deals
  • Review, build, and evolve playbooks, routines, and commercial strategies
  • Run the operation with a focus on scale, efficiency, and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Experience leading Inside Sales operations under high performance pressure
  • Proven track record of improving commercial performance and productivity
  • Experience building, restructuring, or scaling sales teams/areas
  • Strong command of consultative sales in fast cycles
  • Strong analytical skills and management driven by KPIs
  • Experience with inbound, outbound, and referral channels
  • Hands-on profile with high energy, a sense of urgency, and a focus on financial results
  • Ability to lead teams in demanding, high-intensity environments
