About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for developing Drive Systems business unit at DOGA. Cultivating key accounts and exploring new markets in industrial and renewable energy sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the Drive Systems business, increasing market penetration and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the industrial and renewable energies sectors.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with the strategic objectives of the Drive Systems unit.
  • Provide tailored proposals and solutions, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements.
  • Monitor project execution, guaranteeing on-time delivery, service quality, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align solutions with innovation and market demands.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B commercial roles, ideally in drive systems, motion control, renewable energies, or related industrial solutions.
  • High level of English (oral and written).
  • Other languages will be a plus.
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer relationship management.
