Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience recruiting across a range of roles (from sales to marketing, to those with niche legal backgrounds).
  • Speciality in generalist recruitment with experience recruiting for Developers to manage overflow.
  • Strong relationship skills: you connect easily with others and can flex your style to establish effective relationships.
  • Disposition to work and execute fast, without compromising on quality.
  • Deliver proactive sourcing strategies across social platforms, recruitment tools, industry networks and direct outreach to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment.
