About the role

  • Specialist in operational purchasing ensuring reliable order fulfillment for medication at Europe's leading online pharmacy. Collaborating with various departments to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and tracking customer- and inventory-related orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
  • Executing special orders in coordination with Strategic Procurement
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines and taking proactive action in case of deviations
  • Communicating with suppliers to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, Customer Service, and Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent background
  • Several years of experience in operational purchasing / order planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG sectors
  • Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a strong sense of prioritization
  • Team player with clear, respectful communication
  • Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
