About the role

  • Procurement Coordinator supporting contract management at Givaudan by maintaining sourcing data and assisting category managers. Involves contract creation, analysis, and vendor qualification in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract creation and maintenance, provide ad-hoc analysis, and templates to category managers
  • Monitor Contract consumption and manage Quantity re-allocation
  • Monitor sourcing data automatic creation, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate resolution with multiple teams (EDM, Quality, Regulatory, and Category Manager)
  • Maintain sourcing data for global products (PIR / SL)
  • Monitor consistency of sourcing data and coordinate agreement with category managers and planning teams
  • Monitor accuracy and maintain Category cards (Cat Man resp --> Global/Regional: source assignment rules / Spot Buy: sourcing instructions)
  • Vendor/Material Qualification process monitoring
  • Support material localization
  • Support with ad-hoc projects related to the scope of responsibility
  • Establish a continuous improvement mindset
  • Provide support for Junior colleagues
  • Adherence to service levels
  • Adherence to procedures

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of contract (lifecycle) management tools, SAP is preferred.
  • Understanding of STP process and contracts of procurement contract content
  • Service management
