About the role

  • Customer Success Senior handling major accounts in a hybrid work environment with a focus on KPI performance and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring KPIs and the performance of services/products;
  • Prioritizing requests and tasks;
  • Managing relationships with internal and external clients;
  • Identifying issues and opportunities;
  • Leading service management, ensuring delivery of results and projects.

Requirements

  • Organization, proactivity, a sense of urgency, and strong communication will be key in your day-to-day;
  • Problem-solving skills are a plus;
  • Required: ability to analyze numbers and KPIs, including proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets;
  • Required: experience presenting results, data visualizations, and proficiency in PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is desirable;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Data Studio, Looker, and Power BI is desirable;
  • Previous experience in the utilities market;
  • Ability to speak and express yourself in English and/or Spanish.
