- Day-to-day leader on Kia, deeply engaged with the multidisciplinary team on the account.
- Helps elevate, direct and grow the strategy practice, ensuring best-in-class tools, techniques and talent.
- Vital ally to the GCD in ideating and creating brave, effective campaigns.
- Works closely with the analytics team to ensure data underlines every step of the strategic and creative process.
Requirements
- 8+ years of advertising agency, research, client-side and/or consulting experience.
- Demonstrated successes in identifying market-, brand-, media-, and customer-driven data and insights to produce groundbreaking work.
- Fully integrated chops (traditional, digital, media, CRM, social, mobile).
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Not an asshole.
