About the role

  • IT-Administrator managing Atlassian products in a hybrid setup at DMI, supporting digital transformation in healthcare. Engaging in system administration, workflows, and team support.

Responsibilities

  • You continuously maintain and develop our Atlassian system landscape in the cloud (e.g., Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
  • You configure workflows, permission schemes and automations within the Atlassian tools.
  • Through consulting, training and support you help our business units make optimal use of the tools.
  • You actively contribute your expertise to exciting IT projects in the areas of collaboration and digitalization.
  • You not only identify issues but also document and resolve them sustainably.

Requirements

  • Vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
  • Experience operating and administering Atlassian cloud products
  • Understanding of data flows and cross-system dependencies
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, server operating systems and common Microsoft applications
  • A structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of teamwork
  • You speak fluent German and are comfortable in the digital world
