About the role

  • Keyholding Administrator providing administrative and customer service support within Banham's Keyholding Division. Responsible for managing client enquiries, operational bookings, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general enquiries and deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
  • Answer calls and manage a variety of client requests, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Support with invoice and accounting queries, ensuring accurate communication between teams.
  • Schedule bookings for operational teams and ensure all relevant details are shared promptly.
  • Liaise with Shift Managers, Key Guards(motorbike emergency response riders), and other Banham departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Manage inbound client leads, securing sales and following up to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including: Updating customer accounts Setting up and closing accounts Booking surveys Archiving documentation.
  • Assist customers visiting Head Office with Keyholding-related queries.
  • Handle customer keys securely in line with regulatory and company procedures.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
