About the role

  • Administration Mitarbeiter supporting the General Manager at Köln/Bonn Airport for Autogrill. Working on cash management, analyses, and collaborating with F&B departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support in cash controlling and cash management
  • Conduct analyses and evaluations
  • Prepare and maintain statistics and reports
  • Support in controlling, particularly budget and cost controls
  • Close cooperation with other departments, especially in the Food & Beverage (F&B) area
  • Administrative support for the General Manager in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training
  • Knowledge of cash controlling / cash management
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage environment is a plus
  • Confident handling of analyses, numbers and statistics
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
